Are you a visionary B2B marketing leader with a passion for interactive entertainment? We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead business marketing initiatives for the interactive entertainment sector (gaming) across a key strategic region. This is an incredible opportunity to develop and execute integrated marketing programmes that captivate companies, publishers, advertisers, and key industry organisations. You will be instrumental in driving measurable impact, shaping market perception, and fostering growth in a fast‐paced, evolving landscape. Your strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and ability to navigate complex digital ecosystems will be critical to your success and to the success of our client's mission.

This is a 12‐month, hybrid contract, offering £44.23 – £49.04 per hour (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB on Monday 23rd March. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with business teams to deliver cutting‐edge marketing activities for the regional interactive entertainment (gaming) ecosystem, including impactful events, innovative campaigns, strategic programmes, comprehensive training, and engaging content.
  • Develop and execute multi‐country integrated marketing programmes, focusing on critical industry priorities within interactive entertainment.
  • Lead dynamic content marketing initiatives, crafting compelling written narratives, insightful articles, engaging video/audio series, and informative newsletters tailored for interactive entertainment audiences and performance marketers.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives and programmes specifically crafted to appeal to digital‐native, growth‐focused companies and performance marketers.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the highest quality of delivery across all marketing efforts.
  • Drive marketing initiatives from initial ideation through to flawless execution, demonstrating strong project management capabilities.
  • Hypothesize, rigorously test, measure, optimise, and scale marketing initiatives for the interactive entertainment industry, continuously seeking to improve performance.
  • Innovate and challenge existing norms to elevate marketing impact and drive significant results across the region.
What You’ll BringMust‐Have Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of senior‐level extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the gaming industry or broader tech sector.
  • A deep, nuanced understanding of the interactive entertainment ecosystem in a key strategic region.
  • Proven track record of driving significant business results through marketing efforts in regional markets.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to sophisticated performance marketers, digital‐native companies, and growth‐focused businesses.
  • Highly tech‐savvy, with the ability to grasp and effectively communicate complex digital marketing concepts and solutions.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of simplifying intricate concepts into clear, compelling messages.
  • A creative flair and a history of introducing fresh, innovative ideas to marketing programmes.
  • Ability to expertly manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently within a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
  • Experience working effectively with cross‐functional, international teams.
  • A genuine passion for the client’s mission, technology, and the interactive entertainment industry.
  • Native or near‐native fluency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for technology.
  • Proven ability to establish and grow professional networks independently.
Nice‐to‐Have Qualifications:
  • A BA/BS degree is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued.
  • Experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.
