What Youll Be Doing
- Serve as the dedicated operational contact for Arabic and English-speaking enterprise accounts.
- Facilitate client kick-offs, run 1:1 onboarding calls, and adapt lightweight training materials.
- Manage asynchronous technical troubleshooting: log bugs, gather screenshots/console data, and resolve issues within a tight 1-to-2-hour response SLA.
- Work a Sunday through Thursday schedule to align with regional client operations.
- Partner with internal Engagement Managers to track adoption metrics and platform utilisation.
What Youll Bring
- Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English.
- 2+ years of external client-facing experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or tech support.
- Proven ability to work autonomously using tools like Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, or Monday.com.
- High adaptability to rapid software updates and dynamic feature changes.
Contract Details
- 12-month contract.
- Initial 30-hour work week (8 AM - 2 PM daily schedule) with the potential to ramp up to 40 hours based on performance.
- Workday Days: Sunday to Thursday.
