Are you a driven sales professional eager to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic individual to champion key retail partnerships and drive substantial growth for a portfolio of groundbreaking smart security products. In this role, you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll be instrumental in shaping market presence and ensuring our innovative solutions reach customers, directly contributing to the success and expansion of our market-leading brands. This is a 12 month contract for an Account Manager, based in London, paying up to £387.95 per day.

Your Impact

As a pivotal member of the sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding strategic alliances with retail partners, ensuring robust business performance and partner satisfaction. You will develop and execute joint business plans to meet ambitious sales targets, leveraging your analytical skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Your efforts will directly influence product visibility and market penetration, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and optimize supply chains. This role offers the chance to drive significant revenue growth and solidify the company’s position as a leader in smart security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand strategic alliances with assigned retail partners, ensuring robust business performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual joint business plans with retail partners to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Proactively monitor account performance, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Support the seamless implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional in-store execution and optimal product presentation across all retail touchpoints.
  • Accurately forecast and meticulously track key account metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and market introductions.
  • Manage inventory levels and supply chain requirements collaboratively with retail partners.
  • Provide regular, insightful reports on account performance and emerging market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with channel marketing teams to implement highly effective promotional strategies.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to ensure consistent product availability and efficient logistics.
  • Support the development and execution of targeted local marketing strategies to maximize impact.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in distribution sales environments.
