We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Resource Manager. In this role, you’ll help coordinate resourcing across multiple creative teams — including Strategy, Advertising, Promo Creative, Retouching, and Design. You'll support the Creative Resource Manager with day-to-day scheduling, work allocation, freelance coordination, and tracking of budgets and project timelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Update daily resource rotas and allocate work to ensure efficient project delivery across your workstream.
  • Coordinate freelance staffing needs in line with HR policies, and contribute to growing and maintaining a high-quality freelance talent pool.
  • Oversee the full freelancer onboarding process — including new starter forms, rate discussions, and general onboarding support.
  • Help track projects against allocated budgets, timelines, and deliverables using internal resourcing tools.
  • Support enforcement of accurate and timely timesheet submissions across teams.
  • Assist Resource Managers in collaborating with Production and Account Management teams to plan and resource upcoming projects effectively.
  • Maintain key documentation, including schedules, budget trackers, project status sheets, and freelance logs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative agency, in-house creative team, or broadcast environment, with a solid understanding of creative workflows.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle fast-changing demands.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with resourcing or project management tools is a plus, but not essential.
  • A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
