Do you have a sharp eye for design and a passion for entertainment, pop culture, and storytelling? We are looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our client’s Kids Creative EMEA team. In this role, you will help bring some of the world’s most beloved household-name kids’ TV brands and campaigns to life across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Visual Assets: Design high-quality graphic assets across broadcast, digital, social media, and internal communications.
  • Adapt Key Visuals: Take master campaign concepts and adapt them into multiple formats, specs, and dimensions for the EMEA market.
  • Collaborate & Brainstorm: Pitch in during team creative sessions and contribute visual solutions to upcoming channel stunts and promos.
  • Protect the Brand: Work closely with established style guides and brand toolkits to ensure absolute visual consistency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Graphic design experience (internships, placements, or agency/media experience count!).
  • A Killer Portfolio: A showcase demonstrating a rock-solid grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Software Mastery: Expert-level capabilities in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take constructive creative feedback on the chin.
  • Bonus Points: Basic familiarity with After Effects (motion graphics), InDesign, PowerPoint, or an additional European language.
