(Notting Hill) Aquent is recruiting for an experienced Graphic Illustrator to join an entertainment company, operating in ww3 space. They are the market leaders in developing entertainment IP, building platforms and co-creating with the world’s biggest brands. We are seeking a highly skilled Style Frame Designer who will play a pivotal role in defining the visual direction of our motion graphics and additional branding projects. As part of our design team, you will be responsible for creating dynamic visual concepts, detailed style frames, and graphic assets that lay the foundation for brand stories across digital, video, and interactive platforms. The ideal candidate combines artistic vision, technical precision, and a passion for creating visual narratives that align with the overall creative direction of the project. This role will work closely with motion designers, creative directors, and wider design teams to ensure the seamless execution of visual concepts across all mediums, including social media, product interfaces, marketing campaigns, and branded content. Responsibilities First mover: You will have a pivotal role in establishing a world-class design studio from the ground up. Creative Concepting & Visual Storytelling: Lead the design of concept art and style frames to establish the visual tone, mood, and aesthetic for motion graphics, brand campaigns, and digital content. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop initial visual ideas and translate them into cohesive graphic design and animation assets. Graphic Design & Style Frames: Create compelling graphic assets, including logos, icons, typography, and illustrations, to support motion graphics and digital content creation. Design style frames and storyboards that guide the production of animations, ensuring they are both visually striking and aligned with brand guidelines. Brand Development & Visual Identity: Work with branding teams to ensure visual consistency across all design outputs, maintaining brand identity and messaging across different platforms and formats. Collaborate on the creation of visual identities and frameworks that can be applied across various types of digital content and campaigns. Collaboration & Cross-Disciplinary : Work closely with producers, motion designers, product teams, and marketing departments to ensure cohesive execution of design elements from concept to final delivery. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, iterating on designs while maintaining the creative integrity of the project. Innovative Thinking & Trend Awareness Stay current on design and motion trends, ensuring that designs are fresh, innovative, and ahead of industry standards. Must Haves Experience : as a Graphic Designer, Concept Artist, or Style Frame Designer, preferably within branding, motion graphics, or digital content creation. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, illustration, style frames, and graphic design for animation and digital platforms. Technical Expertise: Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design software. The eye: A keen sense of artistic techniques, colour theory, and typography, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs. Experience working within brand guidelines, ensuring that designs adhere to and enhance established brand identities.
