About the Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary operational contact for both Arabic and English-speaking enterprise accounts, building strong relationships.
- Lead client kick-offs, conduct personalized onboarding sessions, and strategically structure learning program rollouts.
- Efficiently manage asynchronous technical troubleshooting, including logging bugs, collecting diagnostic information, and resolving setup issues within strict response timeframes.
- Work a Sunday through Thursday schedule to align seamlessly with the operational days of our regional clients.
- Track project deliverables using various project management tools and analyze fundamental platform adoption metrics to inform strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English, enabling seamless communication with diverse clients.
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B client-facing experience in project management, customer success, or technical support roles within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or Notion.
- Exceptional asynchronous communication skills and a proven ability to work independently and proactively.
- Availability to work a Sunday-Thursday shift pattern and a notice period of 2 weeks or less.
