About the Role

Hybrid working in our Holborn office | ÂŁ35-45K per annum

As a Recruiter, you\’ll be at the forefront of our business, leveraging our proprietary technology to connect top-tier professionals with the world’s leading brands. This isn\’t a transactional role – we\’re looking for someone who is innately curious, driven by a sense of urgency, and fearless in building relationships.

You will be empowered by our technology, which integrates with the top candidate sources and job boards, to quickly identify and engage with a curated pool of talent. This means less time on repetitive tasks and more time building genuine connections.

While this role is talent-focused, you\’ll also be a key player in client engagement. You’ll become a true expert in specific industries and functional areas, building deep knowledge and understanding of our clients\’ unique needs and company cultures.

What You\’ll Do

  • Be a Human Connector: Engage with candidates to understand their career goals, motivations, and aspirations beyond their CV. Your ability to build rapport and credibility is paramount.
  • Leverage Technology: Partner with our cutting-edge technology to efficiently source, screen, and present the best-matched candidates. Our platform handles the bulk of the manual work and provides the data you need to focus on high-impact activities.
  • Solve Problems: Use data-driven insights to identify and overcome challenges to drive exceptional business results
  • Build Client Relationships: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, team dynamics, and specific requirements. Your insights will be crucial in making successful, long-lasting placements.
  • Become an Expert: Develop deep knowledge of specific industries and functional areas, allowing you to speak fluently and confidently with both clients and candidates.
  • Influence and Advise: Use your expertise and emotional intelligence to advise both candidates on their career paths and clients on their talent strategies.
