- The successful candidate will work remotely Managing daily workflows for a team of approximately 40 professionals. Depending on your background and level of experience, you may either lead the existing workflow coordination team or collaborate alongside them to enhance efficiency and streamline operational output.
- You will play a key role in ensuring that the client\βs workflow technology and systems are used effectively, coordinating task distribution, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Comprehensive training will be provided on the client\βs proprietary workflow system, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow for a 40-member team, ensuring tasks are assigned appropriately and completed within established timeframes
- System Navigation: Work within the client\βs workflow technology to manage task queues, track progress, and monitor completion rates
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflow processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions
- Collaboration & Leadership: Depending on experience, lead the current workflow coordination team or collaborate closely with them to achieve operational excellen
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between team members, management, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of daily outputs, turnaround times, and team performance metrics, preparing regular reports for internal and client review
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet established quality and compliance standards before submission
- Training & Support: Assist team members in understanding workflow procedures and provide guidance on system usage and process best practices
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to process development initiatives, sharing insights and suggestions to drive operational enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workflow coordination, project coordination, operations management, or a related administrative field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
