What You’ll Do
- Design and build marketing emails for broadcast campaigns
- Design and iterate on automated email flows, including welcome journeys, retention, and re-engagement sequences
- Work closely with marketing teams to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, and deliver assets on time
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices and platforms
- Collaborate with team members to balance workload between broadcast and automation projects
- Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce pixel-perfect, on-brand email templates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing for email marketing, ideally across both broadcast and automated campaigns
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understanding of email design principles, responsive layouts, and UX for email
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
