This exciting opportunity focuses on in-store merchandising planning, launch execution, and ongoing management for innovative hardware products within the French market, and potentially across EMEA. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll be the driving force behind creating captivating in-store experiences that showcase the best of what this innovative tech company has to offer.
This is a full time position for a duration of 12 months.
What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate the execution of large-scale projects across numerous retail locations, managing tight deadlines and complex logistics with precision.
- Partner seamlessly with internal teams (channel marketing, operations, sales, analytics) and external vendors to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Oversee third-party labor agencies, display fixture companies, and field sales teams to guarantee flawless execution and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop meticulous execution plans for diverse initiatives spanning multiple product lines, anticipating potential challenges and implementing proactive solutions.
- Analyze performance data, identify roadblocks, and collaborate with partners to maintain optimal in-store demo compliance.
- Track field execution progress and results, preparing comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders to showcase the impact of your efforts.
- Manage regional budgets effectively, ensuring all third-party labor projects remain within allocated resources.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Native-level French fluency.
- 5+ years of experience in retail in-store merchandising, either on the brand or vendor side, within the tech industry or tech products.
- 5+ years of project management experience, demonstrating a proven ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience managing third-party labor, showcasing expertise in coordinating external teams to achieve project goals.
- Deep understanding of retailer operations and their impact on planning and execution.
- Experience with in-store tech demos or technology products within a retail setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Google G Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience planning large-scale executions from concept to production.
- Proven ability to thrive in highly cross-functional environments.
- Experience managing budgets and demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
- Mobile Carrier and/or Specialty Retailer experience.
