Job Title: Event Demand Generation Specialist

Client Location: Central London – Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Starting: April 2025

Salary/Pay Rate: up to £50.000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE)

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 12 months

We’re looking for a creative, high-performing professional with a passion for technology and deep expertise in demand generation or digital marketing. In this role, you’ll help plan and execute outstanding events, conferences, and tradeshows that engage and inspire digital marketing customers across Europe.

This is a 12- months contract, offering up to £58.000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE) – 35 hrs/week.

As a key member of the International Events team, you’ll bring a strategic mindset, innovation, and a results-driven approach to deliver exceptional attendee experiences and drive business success. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing peers, agencies, and project teams, balancing attention to detail with a strong focus on the big picture.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation plans for flagship events and thought leadership initiatives across EMEA.
  • Create compelling, personalized event marketing campaigns, using targeted audience strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to activate campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, paid media, social media, and market-specific platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize event performance, testing new formats and refining strategies to drive audience growth and conversion.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaign assets, messaging, and creatives that align with event objectives.
  • Own the post-event campaign strategy, using a data-driven approach to extract insights, measure success, and refine future event demand generation plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in demand generation or digital marketing (event marketing and tech industry experience is a plus).
  • Expertise in cross-channel campaign management, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies (B2B and B2C experience preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to understanding and optimizing attendee engagement.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable working across different teams and levels of seniority.
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
