In this pivotal role, you will provide essential guidance and support to employees and leaders, driving proactive solutions and ensuring fair, consistent practices across the organization. What You’ll Do
- Provide expert Employee Relations support, strategic partnership, and coaching to employees and all levels of management.
- Guide managers in proactively managing team performance, including navigating informal and formal processes.
- Address employee misconduct and grievance matters promptly and effectively.
- Lead and execute end-to-end organizational restructuring processes, including consultations and negotiations.
- Proactively identify team and manager development needs, recommending and implementing tailored solutions.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and reporting to identify key trends in employee relations, driving proactive strategies to minimize reactive work.
- Collaborate and integrate with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to implement solutions and support organizational scaling.
- Partner closely with regional HR teams on global strategy development and execution.
Must-have Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management, change management, and independently driving programs.
- Proven experience supporting global and/or matrixed organizations through periods of growth and scaling.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a constantly changing environment, adept at cultivating relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience leveraging data to derive insights and drive actionable solutions.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated empathy and experience in fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Solid judgment and experience in assessing and mitigating risk for the business.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred.
