Aquent is seeking an EMEA Benefits Analyst to join the Benefits Centre of Excellence and support programs across the EMEA region.

You will report to the Director, Benefits EMEA & LATAM and help deliver, measure, and improve employee benefits initiatives.

You will manage benefits systems, support renewals, and respond to queries from employees and managers, collaborating with ERC, Payroll, Communications, and external vendors to optimise the employee experience.
