Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced DV360 Specialist to lead programmatic strategy and drive revenue growth across DV360, YouTube, and Google Ads. This role is not about day-to-day campaign activation but about elevating programmatic as a channel in senior-level discussions, shaping holistic digital media strategies, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in programmatic media planning, stakeholder management, and digital strategy, with the ability to balance platform knowledge and strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Strategy: Drive DV360 revenue through consultative sales strategies, programmatic planning, and client engagement
- Client & Agency Leadership: Build and develop strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and senior stakeholders
- Market Insight: Analyse market and competitive trends, particularly across programmatic, CTV, and alternative DSPs
- Stakeholder Influence: Lead strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders, providing thought leadership on programmatic opportunities, brand safety, and digital transformation
- Cross-Channel Expertise: Integrate programmatic within holistic digital media planning, bridging DV360 with YouTube, Google Ads, and broader channels
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in media or agency services, with a strong background in digital media planning and client-facing roles
- Programmatic Knowledge: Strong understanding of DV360, YouTube, Google Ads, and competitor DSPs
- Strategic Mindset: Able to translate programmatic capabilities into broader marketing strategies, moving beyond optimisation into business impact
- Stakeholder Skills: Proven ability to manage, influence, and engage with senior stakeholders, including at C-suite level
- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of brand safety, CTV, and evolving programmatic landscape
