As a Digital Media Strategist & Planner, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing cutting-edge digital media strategies that reach millions across Europe. Partnering with internal teams and external agencies, you'll leverage your expertise to drive impactful campaigns and elevate brand presence. You will:

  • Develop and implement paid digital media strategies for Pan-European campaigns, spanning both first-party and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with campaign, creative, and buying teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Build comprehensive cross-channel media plans, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Provide guidance on paid digital media frameworks and contribute to digital acceleration projects.
  • Navigate ambiguity and take decisive action in a dynamic environment.
  • Effectively communicate and drive alignment with senior stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven ability to develop clear, well-defined digital advertising strategies within larger account initiatives.
  • Experience building effective cross-channel media plans across digital and offline channels.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take initiative with unknown variables.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive alignment with key stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with global brands and navigating complex organizational structures.
