As a Digital Marketing Manager within a newly established in-house creative agency, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of prestigious publications in the UK and internationally. Your expertise will be essential in crafting and executing marketing campaigns that convert readers into dedicated subscribers. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire marketing funnel, focusing on acquisition and onboarding of new subscribers.
- Develop and implement integrated campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, video platforms, email newsletters, websites, and mobile apps.
- Create and optimise user onboarding journeys, utilising email sequences, landing pages, push notifications, and in-app content.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in acquisition or lifecycle marketing within a subscription-based business, publishing, or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across major advertising platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, attribution models, and lifetime value forecasting.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and content analytics platforms.
