We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Project Manager to join our Worldwide Digital Content Management team on a 12 month FTC. In this role, you will manage the delivery of online marketing campaigns, business programmes, engineering releases, and new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, business, product management, and engineering.
Key Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of project management experience, including experience with large-scale global content and product catalog management systems.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, design, technical, localisation, quality assurance).
- Experience launching global marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of web publishing tools and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on time and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong planning, execution, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Description:
- Lead the development of project launch plans during the design and development phases of online campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of go-live assets and deliverables.
- Ensure campaign quality and consistency, maintaining a focus on the customer experience.
- Manage cross-functional teams to set timelines and DCM requirements.
- Educate teams on eCommerce publishing processes.
- Report project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Conduct post-release analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners to ensure optimal customer experience.
Required Experience:
- 1+ years of experience with product catalog management systems and global content.
- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., PHP, HTML, Photoshop).
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially mobile.
- Fluency in English.
Education:
- BA/BS degree in business, project management, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in website or e-commerce project management is preferred.
