Our client, a leading global tech company, is hiring for a Human Interface (HI) Design Producer to join their International Design team on a contract basis. This is a key role supporting the delivery of exceptional user experiences across first-party applications, helping to shape intuitive, innovative and beautifully crafted designs.

You’ll be working closely with a team of talented designers and cross-functional partners to manage complex workflows, drive alignment, and uphold the highest standards across every visual, auditory, and haptic touchpoint. We’re looking for someone who is a natural collaborator, a clear communicator, and highly organised—with a genuine passion for design and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily, weekly and annual workload distribution and resource planning
  • Work alongside the International Design Lead Producer to prioritise tasks and allocate work effectively
  • Provide regular updates to international teams on project status and assignments
  • Coordinate closely with engineering teams, communicating global requirements clearly and efficiently
  • Support planning and roadmapping in collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders
  • Proactively identify upcoming design opportunities and prepare documentation to align all stakeholders
  • Implement and refine processes to improve communication, planning and delivery
Project Leadership
  • Lead high-visibility projects spanning multiple apps or platforms
  • Facilitate team sessions, including design reviews, brainstorms and workshops
  • Track project health and flag any risks or delays to timelines
  • Manage incoming requests, negotiate priorities and ensure smooth design handoffs
  • Review development builds to maintain design integrity through implementation
  • Capture meeting notes, key decisions, and action points
  • Work closely with Design DRIs (Directly Responsible Individuals) to ensure follow-up actions are delivered
Skills & Experience Required
  • 5–7 years’ experience in a production or operations role within a creative agency, design studio or in-house product team
  • Strong background in UI or product design production, ideally with experience on global and/or localised projects
  • Proven ability to manage feedback loops and stakeholder communications across time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Deep appreciation for good design and user-centred thinking
