We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to join a dynamic team as a Data Labeling Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the intelligence of next-generation AI systems, directly contributing to the responsible development and deployment of groundbreaking innovations that will improve customers’ lives. What You’ll Do
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable policies for securing sensitive information, upholding customer privacy as a paramount tenet.
  • Work with a wide array of data modalities, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, ensuring high-quality labeling.
  • Deliver meticulously labeled data, adhering to provided guidelines and meeting key performance indicators, utilizing in-house tools and software.
  • Demonstrate expertise in generating high-quality human insight data across various modalities.
  • Exercise sound judgment and logical decision-making, even when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information during task execution.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to seamlessly pivot between different categories of requirements.
  • Provide daily operational support for multiple task types assigned to you and the team.
  • Analyze root causes of issues, identify recurring error patterns, and propose effective solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs.
  • Take ownership in identifying day-to-day process and operational issues within standard operating procedures and tools, suggesting changes to unblock operations.
  • Offer floor support to clarify internal queries as needed, demonstrating proactive problem-solving.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch language.

  • Strong business writing skills, capable of creating reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension, with the ability to analyze complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
  • Proficient research skills, with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.
