We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy. In this position, you will directly influence critical business decisions by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, driving insights that inform strategic growth and operational excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting key financial and sales initiatives, making a tangible difference in our operational success. This is a 6 months contract, rate to be confirmed (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary resource for data and analytics needs, focusing on manipulating, cleaning, and validating/quality checking datasets to ensure accuracy and readiness for reporting.
  • Support finance and sales teams by preparing and delivering accurate data and reporting to external partners regarding billing, rebates, and accruals.
  • Coordinate with global teams in executing and maintaining customer data management fields across segments and ultimate parents.
  • Provide support for the building and maintenance of regional dashboards, including manual updating of records and reconciliation across multiple sources.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Sales Operations role with a strong focus on reporting and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and operational support.
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in tools like GSheets, Tableau, and relevant BI platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all data outputs and reports.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.

Nice-to-Have

  • SQL skills strongly preferred.
  • Experience applying AI tools to enhance reporting, streamline data workflows, and generate actionable business insights.
