We are seeking an exceptional marketing talent to join a thriving Customer Marketing team, where you will directly influence customer engagement and retention across the globe. This is an outstanding growth opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment and is eager to make a significant impact. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering innovative and impactful customer marketing programs that directly contribute to business targets and accelerate company growth.

This is a 4‑5 month hybrid contract, offering £205–£238 per day (LTD, inside IR35). Due to the high volume of applications, we may be unable to respond to each applicant individually. What You Will Do

  • Develop and socialise compelling campaign briefs that clearly articulate business requirements, opportunities, success metrics, and overall marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with global product and commercial teams, ensuring all marketing activities are deeply rooted in customer and competitor insights.
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns, overseeing creative development, campaign deployment, timeline management, and budget adherence.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting communication and training efforts within the organisation to effectively drive adoption of new campaigns and processes.
  • Measure and optimise program performance and return on investment using data dashboards, sharing progress updates and key milestones with business partners.
  • Ensure all marketing activities consistently meet brand guidelines and comply with legal and data protection requirements.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven marketing experience, including campaign management, within a B2B customer success environment, preferably for a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently, confidently prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
  • Exceptional adaptability, quickly adjusting to change in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and thorough follow‑through.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for data and the ability to uncover the story behind the numbers.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written, verbal, and social communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and empathy, inspiring others while addressing the needs of customers and colleagues.
