Our client is looking for a Creative WebGL Developer to build immersive, real-time web experiences for global campaign work. You will help shape how major campaigns show up on the modern web through 3D, motion, and interactive storytelling.
What you’ll do:
- Build interactive WebGL experiences for high-visibility campaign sites
- Translate creative concepts into performant, production-ready web builds
- Collaborate with designers, motion artists, and creative technologists
- Develop scroll-driven and interaction-based storytelling systems
- Optimise 3D scenes for performance across desktop and mobile
- Integrate shaders, animation systems, and real-time rendering workflows
Tech stack:
- Next.js (preferred) or Astro.js (performance-focused builds)
- Three.js
- React Three Fiber
- GSAP (ScrollTrigger highly valued)
- @react-three/drei
- Blender pipelines (GLB / glTF)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript experience
- Proven experience with WebGL or real-time 3D on the web
- Strong understanding of performance constraints in the browser
- Ability to bridge design intent with technical execution
- Experience working in creative, fast-moving environments
Bonus points:
- Shader / GLSL experience
- Motion design or animation background
- Experimental or interactive portfolio work
- Agency or studio experience
