You’ll orchestrate the entire creative process, from concept to delivery, collaborating with talented teams and navigating the complexities of international projects.

*Please note: This is a 12-months engagement, via Aquent, offerring£ / day, PAYE or£386 /day, Umbrella

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end content creation and production process across multiple workstreams.
  • Create and manage design systems at scale, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
  • Establish and maintain seamless cross-functional communication workflows across global time zones.
  • Oversee project kickoffs and ongoing meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges throughout the creative and production lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Handle daily queries, asset quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with trafficking teams to ensure accurate implementation and flawless execution.
  • Lead budget and fee negotiations with external agencies and artists.
  • Manage budget tracking and financial reporting.
  • Manage confidentiality, usage, and rights agreements with external partners.
  • Coordinate business affairs and legal approvals as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Extensive creative production experience, specifically with design, illustration, and motion projects at a design agency or in-house design department.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams, design processes, and systems at scale.
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate creative intent to internal and external partners.
  • Experience working with international brands or agencies, including multi-language and culturally relevant content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Strong financial proficiency, including budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
