We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Technical Support / Partner Integration Specialist to join a customer-facing technology team. This role will suit someone with strong web technology knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners and customers.
- Read, understand, and analyse code to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Support partner implementations and integrations across web-based platforms.
- Debug and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customer teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and relationship management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Ability to read and understand code.
- Experience supporting partner or customer implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
- Good understanding of web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in technical support, solutions engineering, implementation support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience working with APIs or web integrations would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with modern web application environments is beneficial.
