The clients' vision is to create Living brands for the world's most pioneering technology companies, and so motion must become inherent built into our thinking from the very inception of a brand project.
As a senior motion designer, you're a driving force behind that: bringing brands to life through rich, considered movement, and pushing our motion craft forwards with brilliant creative ideas, exceptional execution, and smart, rational thinking.
You'll move fluidly between 2D motion graphics, 3D animation and short-form edit — and you'll relish doing it shoulder-to-shoulder with our designers, who are motion thinkers too.
You'll create best-in-class motion for brand identities, campaigns and motion narratives — equally comfortable on 2D and 3D builds.
You'll bring motion thinking into projects from the very start, shaping concepts and treatments rather than bolting movement on at the end.
You'll edit short-form for video-led projects, and cut mood films for pitches and internal work when needed.
You'll work closely with the wider creative and design teams to develop concepts, treatments and storyboards — sharing freely and bringing others with you.
You may lead the motion workstream on a project, giving clear, constructive direction to others contributing motion.
You'll champion new and better ways of working — actively learning, testing and trialling generative and AI motion tooling, and bringing the best of it into our process.
You'll give clear direction and constructive feedback when working with external motion talent.
You'll own your own workloads across multiple projects and timescales, delivering on time and on budget.
You'll report to the Creative Director, and support on the running and leading of motion projects — including input into project scopes and estimates where required.
A brilliant creative thinker who treats motion as a storytelling tool, not decoration able to push an idea, a system, or someone else's route that bit further.
Fluent across 2D motion graphics, 3D animation and short-form edit, moving between them with ease.
Comfortable engaging with the strategic and brand dimension of our work, able to get under the skin of clients' issues.
A strong understanding of brand systems, tone of voice and guidelines — and how motion lives and breathes within them.
Curious about emerging tools — excited to learn, test and trial generative and AI tooling, and discerning about where it genuinely adds value.
Holistic and broadly curious, treating each project as a fresh opportunity and moving freely between sectors.
