We’re looking for a Creative Technologist / Engineer to join a high-performing Performance Marketing team supporting creative work across EMEA. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building and maintaining tools that help creative teams produce display and social content at scale.
You’ll work closely with designers, producers and engineers, writing code to create reliable, scalable solutions — this is not a design role.
What You’ll Do- Build, maintain and scale internal tools used by creative and marketing teams
- Develop front-end and back-end solutions to support creative production and delivery
- Improve workflows by reducing manual processes and enabling automation at scale
- Create tools for video generation, experimentation and AI-driven creative solutions
- Work with AI/LLM-based models and workflows to support creative use cases
- Collaborate with highly interactive teams across performance marketing and engineering
- Strong coding skills with experience building applications or tools
- Front-end experience (Angular / TypeScript preferred; willingness to work with them is essential)
- Back-end experience (e.g. Python, APIs, data handling)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, others considered)
- Interest or experience in AI and LLM-based workflows
- Experience building, hosting and deploying apps
- Comfortable working with data (e.g. SQL)
- Interest in marketing technology or creative technology
- Google Cloud experience
- App Script or automation tooling
- Experience in marketing, ad tech or creative tech environments
