) role at Aquent Overview We’re looking for a senior Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in social media and influencer measurement to join a small, high-impact marketing team within a world leading tech giant.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence senior decision-making.

You’ll play a critical role in understanding and optimising performance across organic social, influencer/creator programs, and paid social media, helping the wider marketing organisation maximise impact, efficiency, and return on investment.

This is a hands‑on, autonomous role suited to someone comfortable working independently, partnering with senior stakeholders, and operating in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.

What You’ll Be Doing Act as a senior social and influencer measurement expert, owning analysis across organic, paid, and creator channels.

Take complex business and performance questions and translate them into clear insights, reports, and optimisation recommendations.

Analyse trends, audience behaviour, and platform performance to uncover new opportunities and risks.

Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership.

Partner closely with marketing, media, and agency teams to ensure insights are actioned and campaigns are optimised.

Help define measurement frameworks, standards, and best practices for social and influencer marketing.

Manage priorities across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity, focus, and strong judgement.

What We’re Looking For Solid experience in social media, influencer marketing, or marketing analytics, with a strong focus on measurement and insights.

Proven experience working in a B2C or consumer‑facing environment.

Deep understanding of social platforms, the influencer ecosystem, and how performance is measured across channels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise data into meaningful, business‑ready insights.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing content for senior or executive audiences.
