Duration: 4 months with potential to extend Job Description We're seeking a talented Production Designer to join our clients Content Design team.

This role is perfect for a designer with exceptional visual design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for bringing books to life in the digital space.

You’ll create compelling visual experiences that help millions of readers discover their next great read across devices, working alongside the industry’s best designers and creative minds.

Strong command of visual and communication design principles with particular expertise in typography and layout.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop for cover art adaptation and enhancement.

Proven ability to create and maintain cohesive visual systems across multiple formats.

Extensive experience with photo retouching, compositing, and colour correction.

Experience naming files according to production specifications with exceptional attention to detail.

Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process‑related issues.
