Client Location: London – hybrid
Starting: April 2025
Salary/Pay Rate: £70,5k pa pro rata (PAYE)

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to work with global customers as part of our client's Consulting team for the EMEA region.

The Business Consultant will work post-sale as part of client's Consultancy team, partnering with the Project Managers and Technical Consultants. This customer-facing role will focus heavily on use case identification, requirements gathering, and technology stack analysis, ensuring customer projects capture precise details for success.

What You’ll Do
- Be part of our project team, working with customers and their project teams to implement client's technology
- Work closely with customers, particularly their Marketing or Creative teams, to understand their business, including challenges and opportunities
- Own the requirements-gathering process for complex projects, ensuring all business needs are accurately captured and documented
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead or facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, present findings, and build consensus among stakeholders
- Be recognised as the team’s most skilled and experienced resource for requirements gathering, embedding standardised ways of working, templates, and processes for the wider team to benefit from
- Coach other team members in standardised requirements-gathering methods, allowing others to manage smaller or simpler projects while you handle larger, more complex initiatives
- Thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment, managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Actively contribute as a vocal team member, offering innovations, new working methodologies, challenging the status quo, and aiding in continual improvement efforts
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within a Marketing or Creative business
- Knowledge of Marketing and Creative businesses and industries
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard Content Management Systems and an understanding of their processes
- Strong understanding of up-to-date technologies and GenAI offerings available to the Marketing and Creative industry for efficient working practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly while knowing when to rely on internal resources for support
- An inquisitive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and design pioneering solutions
- An innovative thinker and collaborative business partner who is well-organised, detail-oriented, and has strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation skills to communicate complex business processes and system topics effectively to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable leading discovery sessions to identify workflow improvements and business challenges
- Highly advantageous if fluent in French or German
