Product Development Associate to join their EMEA Consumer Products team in London.

  • Support day-to-day creative product development for the EMEA Trading Cards and Trading Card Games (TC/TCG) hardlines category.
  • Review licensee artwork, packaging, and product submissions, providing constructive feedback aligned with strict brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market and trend research across illustration, gaming, collectables, and pop culture to inform future product lines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Franchise, Legal, Marketing, and Licensing teams to maintain project timelines and asset clearances.
  • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools to aid ideation, mood boarding, and workflow efficiency.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Graphic Design, Product Design, or Creative Product Development.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and MS Office; familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows.
