What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day creative product development for the EMEA Trading Cards and Trading Card Games (TC/TCG) hardlines category.
- Review licensee artwork, packaging, and product submissions, providing constructive feedback aligned with strict brand guidelines.
- Conduct market and trend research across illustration, gaming, collectables, and pop culture to inform future product lines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Franchise, Legal, Marketing, and Licensing teams to maintain project timelines and asset clearances.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools to aid ideation, mood boarding, and workflow efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Graphic Design, Product Design, or Creative Product Development.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office; familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows.
- Domain Interest: Passion or hands-on experience in collectables, trading cards, gaming, or entertainment licensing.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, colour theory, and packaging/manufacturing processes.
- Execution: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple approval pipelines under tight deadline pressure.
