We are looking for a B2B Applied Analyst to support the measurement and analysis of B2B marketing performance across channels and programs. This role focuses on understanding what's working, where to optimise, and how marketing activity contributes to pipeline and growth. It blends strong analytical skills with hands-on tooling, collaboration, and clear communication.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse marketing performance across channels such as paid media, email, ABM, events, and web, identifying drivers of engagement, conversion, and lead quality.
- Support full-funnel analysis, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and MQL/MQA performance across demand generation and ABM programs.
- Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for campaigns, channels, and audiences to ensure consistent and meaningful performance tracking.
- Produce channel-and program-level insights to support budget decisions, planning, and optimisation discussions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI) that enable marketers to understand performance and make informed decisions.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Campaign teams to support planning, execution, and post-campaign reviews.
- Contribute to attribution and incrementality analysis to better understand true marketing impact.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support in‑flight optimisation and stakeholder questions.
- Support efforts to improve data quality and consistency across marketing systems (e.g. campaign structure, tracking, attribution inputs).
- Help automate and scale reporting and insight delivery over time, reducing manual effort and improving speed.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration within Marketing to ensure insights are adopted and influence decision‑making.
- Deliver insights through clear storytelling and visualization, tailored to executive, operational, and marketing audiences.
What You Need to Succeed
- 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or marketing performance analysis.
- A solid understanding of B2B demand generation, paid media, and ABM measurement.
- Experience working with Power BI for analysis and dashboarding.
- Familiarity with key marketing and sales platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce (SFDC), and/or Dynamics.
- Comfortable working with SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with marketing stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exposure to attribution models, incrementality testing, or experimentation.
- Interest in workflow automation, agentic AI, and emerging analytics capabilities.
