We are seeking a talented and passionate Website Designer with strong expertise in Figma or Adobe XD to join our creative team. If you have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of user experience, and a flair for creating stunning websites that align with the latest trends, we\’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Design: Lead the design of user-centric websites with a focus on modern design trends, aesthetics, and functionality. Main focus will be on creating visually engaging and high-performing websites.
- Wireframing: Develop clear, intuitive wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate the structure and layout of web pages.
- Employer Branding & Careers Pages: Design and conceptualize employer branding assets, with an emphasis on creating impactful careers pages that attract top talent.
- Concepting: Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and develop creative concepts for web projects, ensuring a cohesive vision from inception to execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design execution and a cohesive user experience.
- Presentation: Confidently present your design work to stakeholders, clearly articulating your design decisions and processes.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the best quality output in your designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in website design.
- Experience within Employer Branding & Careers Pages
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD is a must.
- Design Focus: Strong portfolio with a focus on website design, employer branding and digital design. Experience in creating impactful, on-brand digital experiences.
- Wire framing & Prototyping: Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate a clear user journey and intuitive navigation.
- Confidence in Presentation: Ability to confidently present and explain your design work to a variety of stakeholders, including non-design team members.
