Are you passionate about digital advertising and ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a German speaking Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic Ads team, who will play a pivotal role in managing and executing digital ad campaigns for clients. This 6 month contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with sales partners, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding advertising experiences. This role is based 3 days a week in the London office and pays £31.25 – £33.65 p/h PAYE (£65k – £70k per annum).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of ad campaigns from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Partner with clients to monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and address any issues.
- Collaborate with Campaign Management teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
- Generate reports for ongoing campaigns and provide insightful analysis for clients.
- Work with Ad Operations to resolve any technical issues and escalate as needed.
- Provide clients with detailed post-campaign reports and analytics.
- Navigate and resolve campaign escalations, preventing recurring issues.
- Partner with Agency Sales to understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and contribute to media plans and RFP responses, focusing on pricing, packaging, and targeting.
- Coordinate with teams on the production of creative assets and custom ad solutions.
- Stay informed about ad products, sponsorship options, targeting capabilities, and policies.
- Assist with monthly billing and invoicing processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and agencies to ensure seamless communication and trust.
- Experience in Account Management, Sales Planning, or a similar role in digital media with a focus on video advertising.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Experience using Sales Operation systems like CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers.
- A solid understanding of digital media sales and marketplace models, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients and teams.
- Familiarity with advertising measurement solutions (Nielsen, ComScore, Kantar) and verification vendors (Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify).
