As a Solutions Architect supporting the Client’s Manage Accounts (MMA) global program, you will act as a client-facing technical consultant enabling enterprise customers to transition smoothly from personal accounts to dedicated business logins. You will lead technical design, setup, and execution for account migrations, acting as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts and working cross-functionally across engineering, product marketing, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on identity solutions for enterprise clients.
- Drive multiple customer account migrations simultaneously; assist clients with design, planning, and execution for Meta Manage Accounts.
- Serve as the bridge between enterprise clients, internal engineering, and product support teams.
- Partner with sales teams to understand business goals, evaluate client requirements, and support new opportunities.
- Implement support processes, unblock complex technical challenges during onboarding, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collect and translate client feedback into actionable product insights for internal engineering and product marketing teams.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid experience in client-facing technical consultant roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer).
- Deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, including hands-on knowledge of IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML, SCIM, user provisioning, and access governance.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, global IAM enterprise integration or migration projects end-to-end.
- Strong consultancy mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans and advise stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.
- Strong technical background across enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration stacks.
- Technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major IdP/IDaaS platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint).
- Technical understanding of web, mobile, enterprise stacks, and APIs (including experience with Postman and Swagger).
- Knowledge or experience in AdTech, Digital Marketing, or platform architectures (Ads/Pages API, Identity Platform).
- Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese).
- Exposure to AI tools and workflows to enhance technical productivity.
