Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation for interviewing and hiring programs across multiple business units and geographic regions.
- Create and maintain reporting mechanisms, such as operational dashboards, monthly business review inputs, and status updates, to provide leadership with visibility into program health and key metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance stakeholder experience through automation and standardized procedures.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, providing guidance on processes and systems while coordinating between program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
