This role focuses on delivering specialised product support and scalable solutions for web-based products. The ideal candidate will proactively drive partner adoption, manage external relationships, and support the development and optimisation of next-generation web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for web products and services.
- Drive partner adoption through proactive outreach and consultation.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to rigorously test new features and web tools.
- Gather and relay partner feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Develop success stories and create outreach materials to share best practices.
- Manage daily partner relationships to ensure seamless integration and continued satisfaction.
- Serve as a technical consultant to external partners, offering guidance on product integration and optimisation.
