Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Ads

A Strategic Partner Development Manager specializing in Ads is responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships that enhance our client’s advertising products and services.

Key responsibilities typically include:

  1. Negotiation and Implementation : Identifying, negotiating, and launching new data partnerships to support advertising initiatives, with a focus on privacy-centric measurement products.
  2. Partnership Management : Overseeing and optimizing ongoing partnerships to ensure operational excellence, including establishing success metrics, enforcing service level agreements, and tracking key performance indicators.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration : Working closely with product management teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that complement client advertising goals.
  4. Stakeholder Communication : Engaging with C-level executives and various management levels to drive strategic partnership growth and keep stakeholders informed of key developments.
  5. Problem Resolution : Identifying and escalating operational issues, presenting recommendations to management, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain partnership health.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the online advertising industry and Ad products.
  • Experience in business development and partner management.
  • Experience with contracting.
  • Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
  • Effective analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
