Contract: 9 months, ending 19th December
Rate: £281.26 – £314 per day PAYE
Location: Shoreditch – 5 days per week in the office

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic recruitment team supporting a leading digital entertainment business across Europe. We are currently seeking a skilled Non-Tech Recruiter to join the London office.

In this role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for recruitment across a range of business units, primarily focused on non-technical positions within a high-growth, creative environment.

You’ll play a vital part in driving sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development, all while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team culture and is committed to continuously raising the hiring bar.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead candidate sourcing and engagement strategies
2. Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and strategy
3. Foster strong relationships with hiring teams and internal stakeholders
4. Manage full recruitment life cycle across multiple roles and projects
5. Deliver against hiring targets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
6. Provide a first-class recruitment service with a strong focus on candidate care

Ideal Candidate:

1. Demonstrable experience in both in-house and/or agency recruitment, ideally in corporate or high-volume settings
2. Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholder relationships
3. Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
4. Proficient in applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and spreadsheet management
5. Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism
