We’re seeking a Candidate Concierge Coordinator to support our client—one of the world’s leading tech companies—at their London offices. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences. This is a fully onsite role 5 days a week in London, £17.09/hour PAYE + Holiday Pay.

As the first and last point of contact for candidates during their onsite interviews, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly—from greeting and escorting guests to managing interview logistics. You’ll also support wider recruitment operations through precise scheduling and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and host candidates onsite, ensuring a professional experience.
  2. Coordinate interviews (onsite and virtual) with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Prepare and test interview rooms, including video conferencing tools.
  4. Communicate clearly with candidates and interviewers across time zones.
  5. Handle onsite issues or changes calmly and professionally.
  6. Maintain a high standard of organisation and service at all times.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Background in hospitality, customer service, or people-facing roles.
  2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  3. Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling platforms.
  4. Professional, polished, and reliable.
  5. Experience in a recruitment or corporate setting is a plus.
