Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Client and Business oriented
- Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
- Play an active role on the selling floor;
- Build up a loyal Clientele;
- Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.
Operations
- Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
- Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
- Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
- Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
- Be involved in the Stock management and Inventory;
- Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
- Maintain merchandising standards.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts;
- Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
- Must be customer-oriented;
- Action and Sales oriented;
- Excellent customer and service attitude;
- Strong communication skills;
- Luxury product knowledge;
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
