Aquazone is looking for a Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis at our offices in Great Yarmouth. You will be supporting with the overseeing & leading the planning, execution, & completion of complex projects, ensuring they align with organisational objectives while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects within defined financial targets, often managing larger, more complex, & long-term initiatives.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Developing and managing project plans, including defining goals, timelines, budgets, & resource allocation.
- Identifying, engaging, & managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their needs are addressed & expectations are managed.
- Identifying, assessing, & mitigating project risks & issues to ensure timely delivery & minimise potential negative impacts.
- Leading & motivating project teams, providing guidance, support, & coaching to ensure effective collaboration & performance.
- Developing & managing project budgets, tracking expenses, & ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards & stakeholder expectations.
- Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including reports on progress, risks, & issues.
- Managing changes to project scope, timelines, & budgets, ensuring proper documentation & stakeholder approval.
- Conducting project reviews to identify lessons learned & areas for improvement in future projects.
What Do You Need?
- Qualification to degree / HND/ HNC level in Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstratable experience in project management, with experience in managing multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6 is essential.
- Experience with the NEC 4 Option A contract is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills: Essential for motivating teams, managing stakeholders, & delivering clear and concise project updates.
- Financial management skills: Required for developing & managing project budgets.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills: Essential for fostering strong relationships & managing expectations.
- Analytical and reporting skills: Needed for tracking progress, identifying risks, & communicating effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
