Aquazone is looking for a Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis at our offices in Great Yarmouth. You will be supporting with the overseeing and leading the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects, ensuring they align with organisational objectives while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects within defined financial targets, often managing larger, more complex, and long-term initiatives.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, including defining goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are managed.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and minimise potential negative impacts.
  • Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including reports on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder approval.
  • Conducting project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.

What Do You Need?

  • Qualification to degree / HND/ HNC level in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstratable experience in project management, with experience in managing multiple project activities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6 is essential.
  • Experience with the NEC 4 Option A contract is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills: Essential for motivating teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering clear and concise project updates.
  • Financial management skills: Required for developing and managing project budgets.
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills: Essential for fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.
  • Analytical and reporting skills: Needed for tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating effectively.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
