Aquazone is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join us on a permanent basis at our offices in Great Yarmouth. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support our Projects & Modular divisions to form detailed designs from implementation through to delivery, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Review client and industry specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Attend client meetings to gather design information and respond to technical queries.
- Undertake site visits to support process design and commissioning.
- Perform process calculations, including hydraulic and chemical dosing calculations.
- Develop Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and other process documentation.
- Development of control philosophies.
- Preparation of testing and commissioning documentation.
- Produce operation and maintenance manuals, as well as training materials.
What Do You Need?
- Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Prior experience of process design work.
- Experience of working within a multidiscipline engineering team.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong design and technical skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
