Process Engineer

What Are We Looking For?

Aquazone is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join us on a permanent basis at our offices in Great Yarmouth. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support our Projects & Modular divisions to form detailed designs from implementation through to delivery, ensuring compliance with client specifications.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

• Review client and industry specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Attend client meetings to gather design information and respond to technical queries.
• Undertake site visits to support process design and commissioning.
• Perform process calculations, including hydraulic and chemical dosing calculations.
• Develop Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and other process documentation.
• Development of control philosophies.
• Preparation of testing and commissioning documentation.
• Produce operation and maintenance manuals, as well as training materials.

What Do You Need?

• Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior experience of process design work.
• Experience of working within a multidiscipline engineering team.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong design and technical skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
