Aquavie Boutique Spa is a independent, award winning boutique spa situated in the quaint town of Tonbridge, Kent.
We offer a vast array of professional spa treatments, beauty therapies, holistic services, cancer touch therapy and advanced anti-ageing machine based facial treatments. We work with premium professional brands including Dermaquest, Epionce, Sensilis, Dermatude, Dermalux, Crystal Clear, Nouveau Lashes, and Kim Lawless. We are passionate about helping our staff develop and flourish, offering ongoing training and professional development, with a clear development structure, with in-house training and external training with out premium brands.
We are currently looking for a fully qualified level 3 beauty therapist to join our small, fun and friendly team on both a full and part time basis. You must hold a British recognised Level 3 Beauty Qualification and be proficient in all aspects of beauty, including full body massage. Intimate waxing and deep tissue massage will be an advantage, but not essential. You must be passionate, self-motivated, willing to work within a busy spa environment and exceptionally reliable. The job role includes working as a therapist in treatments with our clients.
The salary ranges from £10-£13.40 an hour depending on age and experience. As well as an attractive performance based monthly commission structure, on top of the basic salary and client tips. Staff receive staff discounts on all products and all treatments (some treatments are also free on the owners discretion). Our staff retention rates well exceed the industry average and we believe this reflects that we are an enjoyable and supportive company to work for.
You must live within 40 minute commute of the spa. We will not consider applicants who live a long distance from the spa, or accept applications from residents outside of the UK.
We are recruiting for full and part time positions will be, including rostered Saturdays. If applying for the part-time position, you must be flexible to work occasional over-time to cover busy periods during the year, including the summer and the Christmas period.
