Graduate Engineering Programme

Based at Aquaterra Energy’s Norwich hub, successful candidates will join a two-year graduate training programme. The scheme is designed to build core skills and provide valuable experience, including rotations across both our Engineering and Operational departments. Graduates will then specialise in one of our Project, Structural, Offshore Analysis or Design teams, undertaking a tailored training programme for their chosen discipline. Each graduate will also be supported by a dedicated mentor throughout the programme. World-wide travel and some offshore working are understood to be required by you to undertake certain roles.

Minimum Requirements

  • MEng / BEng in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering, 2:1 or above.
  • Those with relevant industry work experience may have an advantage.
  • Experience of team working.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • IT Skills, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • This role requires the applicant to have the unfettered right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, this position is not eligible for sponsorship by Aquaterra Energy.
  • Relevant industry work experience.
  • Master’s degree in any of the disciplines above.
  • HND in a related Design engineering subject.
  • Foreign Language Skills.
