Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the QHSE & Sustainability Director in the delivery of QHSE & Sustainability targets and KPI’s.
  • Responsible for the continued development / improvement of project related quality processes within the AE QMS.
  • Support the development & delivery of audit & Improvement Programmes.
  • Produce and discharge Quality Inspection Test Plans for Projects (inc Tenders).
  • Deliver QHSE support and advice to Projects.
  • Actively participate in Bid, Project & Design reviews.
  • Manage the application / use of non-conformance process to closure.
  • Lead/support project improvement activity (i.e. against Cost of Quality, Audit findings, Quality related performance issues).
  • Complete internal and supplier audits in accordance with ISO9001:2015.
  • Report regularly on quality related project performance.
  • Conduct inspections, witness testing and liaising with suppliers.
  • Provide expediting support to company projects to ensure the timely delivery of fabrication activities.
  • Oversee the formal release of equipment and materials from Company Suppliers.
  • Support the completion of internal & external Auditing program through the completion of audits as assigned within the company interval audit schedule.
  • Compilation of reports, inspection forms and release notes.
  • Technical duties as appropriate.
  • Author &/or amend procedures & associated documentation for the AE QMS in accordance with the relevant management standard.
  • Ability to proactively drive and support company projects to ensure they meet and are performed within the requirements of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018.
  • Provide project support in the development and execution of project control systems.
  • Offer operational support to Project Managers to ensure the effective delivery of project plans and budgets.

About you

  • Minimum of five years project experience, including major Cap Ex projects, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Experience of working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
  • A preferred recognised QHSE qualification.
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Operating in an offshore environment.
  • The existing legal right to work in the UK (this role is not a sponsored role with our organisation)
