We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products whilst upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire production process and internal site management, providing leadership and management across the Production team to continuously improve our processes and working practices.
  • Ensure that the production operation is as cost effective as possible, achieving the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure your team are fully compliant with all ISO quality standards.
  • Improve product standards and implement improvement programmes as required.
  • Lead production troubleshooting and coordinate non-standard operations.
  • Ensure Company standards and legal requirements for product, quality, safety, environment, and people are met and improved.
  • Manage budgets for repairs and renewals, and contractors.
  • Responsible for H&S compliance on site.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of proven success in a similar production management role.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a very good leader of people and change management.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of operations.
  • Deep understanding of production processes and related quality management systems.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
